The steep plot requires a two-story house. The house is so well integrated into the slope that it is almost invisible when approaching. The garden on the roof produces food for about 2 months, which is an excellent result on a small plot.
This house was certified as energy class B. In 2022, it became the first self-sufficient Talpa House. Being self-sufficient is a great feeling. Moreover, it is cost-effective, especially if you have a plot with grids further than 120m away.
Perfect plots and plots that can be modified to become ideal for living both exist. Don't follow conventions, greenery will always be modern and admired. Even on a steep slope, you can create a level area. In front of the house, you can have a sun lounger or a picnic blanket on an English lawn. On the house, you can have a garden full of healthy organic food.
"It doesn't make sense for me to use a field or meadow for construction. I prefer to be on a hillside, with a better view and more privacy from neighbors. After all, I'm going home to relax and recharge."
